My DM told me Rxom is guaranteed 40 hours, in workflow 36 hours and 4 hours for administrative. We made our schedule, so we can take time off the workflow to check other things. Except if we have a call-in, RXOM has to set those things aside and stay in the workflow for the rest of the day.It really depends. If you're in school, then no. RXOM is designed to give technicians hope in having a long and lasting career at Walgreens. I honestly think RXOM is a good idea that Walgreens managed to puke up. I'd say the positives of the position out weight the negatives. Former RXOM speaking.
