A simple solution in my opinion would be to make the spec, 55% like the volatile nightmare staff, or 65% like the heavy ballista spec. Even with 55% taking into account that it's a 4 tick weapon, paired into a elder mauler hit or ags whack it will be deadly asf. Let alone dragon thrownaxe spec, into an elder maul or ags.
