Then pull rhe 14 mm bolt on the top of the stator housing. You should see a timing mark on the stator. If you dont turn the cam gear one more revolution. There is a brake line with the switch attached. 2 wires on top. To test to see if the switch is working depress the brake and see if the brake lights come on. If they do this is not your problem. If no brake lights you can jump across the 2 wires on the switch and rzr should start. Make sure you are in park for safety.Put a little fuel starter in inlet to carb (remove air cleaner, spray a few seconds, place filter back on then try starting).
